Focus Group Interview (FGI)

We conduct round-table discussions with a group of people from similar backgrounds or experiences together to discuss a specific topic of interest. FGI is suitable when you want to collect a wide range of opinions or ideas leading to insight through conversations between research subjects. These discussions can be conducted in-person or online, depending on the requirements of the client.

In-Depth Interview (IDI)

We conduct intensive individual interviews with a small number of respondents to explore their perspectives on a particular idea, program, or situation. IDI is suitable when you want to get an in-depth understanding of the respondents’ thoughts and behaviors. These discussions can be conducted in-person or online, depending on the requirements of the client.
